It was very recently that we were called upon by our client, an attorney in the City of Santa Monica to serve a physician. After a previous process server was unsuccessful in serving legal documents on this physician practicing in the City of Beverly Hills, and less than two weeks to get things done, time was running out and it wasn’t going to be an easy service of process most of the time it isn’t. The name of the physician is withheld as the legal proceedings are currently underway. It was reported that this physician had lost his medical license and was involved in numerous medical malpractice lawsuits in the past few years leading up to this current lawsuit.

This was the last know residential address anyone had on him and all the other addresses he used were post office boxes. Our informant at this building reported that he had recently moved out of the building and moved in with his parents.
